Tech Mahindra, a leading provider of technology and digital transformation services, announced robust financial results for the year ending March 31, 2025. The company reported a total income of ₹52,988 crore, a 1.9% increase over the previous year, while profit after tax (PAT) surged by an impressive 80.3% to ₹4,252 crore. Earnings per share (EPS) for the year stood at ₹47.91. Reflecting its strong performance, the company declared a final dividend of ₹30 per share, taking the total dividend for the year to ₹45.
In the January–March 2025 quarter, Tech Mahindra’s income was ₹13,384 crore, with a PAT of ₹1,167 crore and a quarterly EPS of ₹13.15. During this period, the company signed new deals worth USD 798 million, underscoring its continued momentum in securing strategic business opportunities.
In dollar terms, Tech Mahindra’s annual revenue reached USD 6.26 billion, while PAT was USD 502 million. EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Tax) came in at USD 607 million, marking a 60% year-on-year growth. Free cash flow for the year stood at USD 613 million.
The company also made significant strides in expanding its business footprint. Among the major deals signed during the year, Tech Mahindra took over a testing lab from a leading US telecom company to support 5G device development, partnered with a major aerospace company to manage IT systems, and was selected by a top software firm to deliver technology services for its cloud platform. In addition, it collaborated with a US-based health tech company to enhance Medicaid systems and is working with a prominent US retailer to leverage data and AI for better business decisions.
Innovation remained at the forefront of Tech Mahindra’s strategy. During the year, the company launched “TechM Consulting,” aimed at helping businesses accelerate growth through digital transformation. It also inaugurated a new advanced manufacturing and testing center in Chennai. Other notable initiatives included developing a smart AI-driven system to streamline drug safety checks, forging partnerships with Google Cloud and Qualcomm to create enhanced AI solutions, and joining the AI-RAN Alliance to push AI integration into telecom networks. Additionally, Tech Mahindra partnered with Cricket Wireless to upgrade its point-of-sale systems.
